Agency Fees

SCHEDULE OF PROGRAM FEES

• $1,500 Due with IP Application
• $13,000 Pre-Match Fee: Due  after your application has been accepted and processed, psych evals have been completed and you are deemed ready to match
• $7,000 Match Fee: Due within 15 days of being matched with a Gestational Carrier
• $7,000 Due within 15 days of your GC’s medical clearance

These program fees are paid directly to The Surrogacy Center and are non-refundable. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted for payment as well as a check or money order. All payments made via credit card will include a 3% service fee. 

Agency fees are subject to change at any time. Please contact The Surrogacy Center to obtain the most current version of our fee structure before making any final decisions on moving forward with our services.

A rematch fee of $10,000 will be assessed in the event that the IPs request a new GC. If a medical clearance fee was assessed for the previous GC, that fee will not be paid again after a rematch with a new GC and is folded into the rematch fee.

For sibling journeys (IPs that choose to use our services for a subsequent journey with the same GC), the cost of services is reduced to a $12,000 flat fee. The IPs will be invoiced at the time each specific milestone is reached.
