SCHEDULE OF PROGRAM FEES

  • $1,500 Due with IP Application
  • $13,000 Pre-Match Fee: Due  after your application has been accepted and processed, psych evals have been completed and you are deemed ready to match
  • $10,000 Match Fee: Due within 15 days of being matched with a Gestational Carrier
  • $9,000 Due within 15 days of your GC’s medical clearance

These program fees are paid directly to The Surrogacy Center and are non-refundable. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted for payment as well as a check or money order. All payments made via credit card will include a 3% service fee. 

Agency fees are subject to change at any time. Please contact The Surrogacy Center to obtain the most current version of our fee structure before making any final decisions on moving forward with our services.

REMATCHING Policy: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and a rematch with a new gestational carrier (“GC”) may be needed. If the Intended Parents (“IPs”) choose to move forward with a new GC after the Parentage Agreement is signed, there will be a $5,000 rematch fee. This fee helps cover the time and administrative work involved in finding and coordinating with a new GC. In addition, the IPs will be responsible for a $9,000 medical clearance fee for the new GC. This covers medical screening, psychological evaluation, and other steps required before a GC can be approved to move forward. The only exception to the rematch fee is if the original GC is found to have breached the contract. In that case, the $5,000 rematch fee will be waived. However, the IPs would still be responsible for any medical or third-party costs that were already incurred up to that point. Our team will do everything we can to find a new, suitable GC as quickly as possible, though timing can vary depending on availability and matching factors.

For sibling journeys (IPs that choose to use our services for a subsequent journey with the same GC), the cost of services is reduced to a $12,000 flat fee. The IPs will be invoiced at the time each specific milestone is reached.
